We had a great stay! We were able to get to Clearwater, Honeymoon Island, Dunedin, St Pete easily. If you want to explore the area, this is pretty centrally located. This is a quiet residential neighborhood, so a good place for a working vacation. We appreciated how roomy it feels, and the lush backyard provided excellent privacy. We even spotted a very industrious woodpecker one day.
