Very comfortable, lovely place. Clean and roomy. Our host responded very quickly to any questions we had and even replaced an item missing from the rental in a very short time. Close to many sites you’ll want to see. Highly recommend this rental.

Property was clean and we enjoyed our stay there. Conveniently close to a streetcar stop. Stay would have been improved if the upstairs bedrooms had room darkening blinds - made it difficult to sleep very long in the morning. Dining room table was not in good condition, the leaves didn't fit together.

This stay was a total nightmare, me and a group of friends came down to KC for easter weekend from a different city, we booked the reservation the same day and were sent all details. We checked in at 3pm when we were first arrived and moments after we received a message from the host saying our stay was cancelled due to the property having “no running water”, since we were stranded we were willing to just stay with what we had, the host and cell phone representatives still did nothing to put us in a different place or accommodate us and since it was late no other hotels or home rentals were showing up. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.
