Alamo Heights is a neighborhood in an excellent area of "Old San Antonio" security is rated A+ through all websites, located a block away from Broadway St., a popular street were you can find good restaurants, bars, and retail, the condo is located one block away from the University of the Incarnate Word and nearby of Trinity University, it has been recently remodeled with new floors, granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances, living room gets plenty of natural light and fresh air through a sliding glass door which leads into a small balcony, the washer and dryer is very convenient and the quietness of the small complex of only 12 units is very appreciated.
Monthly Rent includes water, gas, and internet. Electricity is also included up to $100 per month. Any extra amount will be charge.
