Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Collect all towels and either put them in the washing machine or hang them on hooks in the bathroom so we know they were used. Take out trash but leave the recycling.

This beautiful home is perfect for visiting our Furman student! The location is just minutes from the university, Travelers Rest, and downtown Greenville. It is brand new, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything necessary to enjoy some time away from home. We will definitely stay again!

The house looks brand new on the inside and outside and it is in a area right outside of Greenville that is very quiet.The host was very gracious and was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved this sweet little cottage in the woods. My daughter attends Furman and it was convenient for her and her friends to come over for a home cooked meal. We were warmly welcomed and questions were answered quickly. We will be back for sure.

Immaculate home that is beautifully and very intentionally decorated and furnished. It is in the country (great views of the stars) and yet convenient to both Travelers Rest and Greenville and all they have to offer. We enjoyed hiking and biking in the area and were delighted to return to this cozy home each evening. The hosts were incredibly responsive and kind. Will definitely return when we visit the area again.

My husband and I are originally from Chicago but moved here in 2006-8 for the military. We loved this place so when we retired from the military 11 years ago we decided to come back to Greenville. It is such a great place.

We love sharing Greenville with out of town people because it is so lovely. So our home is used to show off the gem Greenville is!!

Why they chose this property

My daughter used to own the home next door and we found out this property was for sale in 2021. We bought it and then finally finished this amazing home away from home.

What makes this property unique

Well it’s so close to Furman university (5min) and so close to travelers rest (7 min). Of course downtown is only 15 min away too. Those are all places we love to go.
