Why they chose this property
The Mockingbird is on a nice street in a nice area of town, very nearby our family home. It is near Downtown & CRMC Hospital and convenient to Walmart Distribution Center.
What makes this property unique
This property was fully renovated in early 2025. This home was converted into 2 small apartments, with The Mockingbird (this listing) being in the secondary apartment. It has a private entrance with attached carport parking off a side street.
The front apartment has a permanent tenant, our mom.
