There property is clearly not maintained. The basement smells of mold, there are water stains throughout the ceilings in the house, and multiple sort handles are falling off and not working properly.

Host was quite personable and helped us with our stay both at check-in and with a minor issue during the stay. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. Pool was great; recently opened and clean. Hot tub was an amazing addition to the space. Space was clean, open, and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked for use. The bathroom to bedroom ratio was lovely. Location was amazing - very close to North Conway's train station and surrounding stores and restaurants. Great views at the house and surrounding area. Great time had by all (from young children to older adults)!
