Bill & Sharon live inside the Village a few miles away for ten years. Working as a broker for McGraw Realtors here and in Hot Springs City limits offer us the ability to address questions you may have about the area. Both Saline and Garland Counties.
Why they chose this property
We chose this unit being easy to locate, and visible from the main entry road DeSoto Blvd as you come through the main gate for your pass from the guard station.
What makes this property unique
Lake DeSoto is across the street and beer right. Walking trail easy for anyone to stroll a bit. With your pet if you are traveling with. There is a boat launch and small cafe as well. The cafe is open seasonally. If you veer left across the street it will take you to El Jimador and The MidKnight Tavern for the closest dining or entertainment. Many other close options but these are extremely close! Straight outside the Main gate is Brookshires Grocery Store, Subway, McDonalds and a great weekend breakfast spot at The Sand Trap sports bar.
