The Space:

Soft morning light filters through the castle‑themed windows, inviting you to linger over a coffee before the day’s adventures begin. Step onto the private pool deck and feel the gentle Davenport breeze as the sun warms the water, or drift indoors to the spacious living area where the hum of the city fades behind the flat‑screen TV. After a full day at Disney or Universal, the townhouse welcomes you back to a calm, family‑ready retreat where laughter echoes through the themed bedrooms and the scent of a home‑cooked meal fills the kitchen.



Sleeping arrangements

Downstairs a bedroom holds a Queen bed for two guests. Upstairs you’ll find a room with two Twin beds, a second room with two Bunk beds that sleep four, and a master bedroom featuring a King bed for two. Four bathrooms are distributed throughout the home, giving everyone space to freshen up without rush.



Indoor living

The living area offers comfortable seating for the whole family, a flat‑screen TV, and easy access to the full kitchen. Stainless‑steel appliances, a dishwasher, and a dining table create a functional space for meals and gatherings. Wi‑Fi, a dedicated workspace, air‑conditioning, heating, and a washer‑dryer round out the conveniences for longer stays.



Outdoor living

Your private pool sits just steps from the townhouse, perfect for a quick dip or a leisurely swim. Pool heat is available for an additional charge, and outdoor furniture provides a relaxed spot to unwind as the Florida sun sets.



Resort access

As a guest of The Retreat at ChampionsGate, you share use of resort‑wide amenities: a water slide, lazy river, cabanas, Tiki Bar, fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18‑hole golf course with driving range and putting green, and six clay tennis courts with a clubhouse. Free street parking and a private entrance add extra convenience.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is stocked with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a dining table. Cooking basics, dishes, and drinkware are provided, making meal preparation straightforward.



Bathroom essentials

Each bathroom includes hot water, towels, bed linens, and shower amenities. A hair dryer, iron, and ample clothing storage are also available.

Located in Davenport, the home offers quick drives to Disney World, Universal Studios, and a variety of local dining options, placing Orlando’s top attractions within easy reach.

Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.



Up to (2) cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Please follow standard parking rules. We are not responsible for towing or fines resulting from parking violations.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
