Check-in was simple, no issues. Home was very clean and in a great location. A few more items around the house would have been helpful (e.g. tissues, drinking glasses) but was otherwise well-appointed. Mattresses were very firm. The only major issue was several nails/tacks at the bedroom thresholds where the flooring changed from tile to carpet were sticking up and were painful when stepped on.
