Saraphinas Cottage is a historic home, designed by architect William Magill Thompson in the 1950s, having been completely, lovingly renovated over the past few years. It is unlike any other, retaining the romantic cottage appeal, evoking the irresistible charm of Old Florida with it`s beautiful cedar plank ceilings, 1950 style beach blue fridge, gas stove and dish washer, wainscoting, gorgeous hardwood floors, built- in book shelves and entertainment center, new kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms and beautiful details throughout.

The house was taken down to the studs, expanded in some areas and completely remodeled between 2010 and 2013. A garage was added, the pool and spa were re-surfaced and a gas heater was installed; the yard was re-designed and beautifully landscaped and fenced in.
The furnishings are new, tasteful and complement the style of the cottage perfectly. You will have all the comforts of home and more.
