Check-in was simple, locating the property was simple. This is a beautifully remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. Great shopping and dining are within 5 minutes on the west side of US 41 (the Tamiami Trail). Morton’s Gourmet market is close by with groceries, take away prepared meals, a wine shop and bakery. Good restaurants are the Serving Spoon, Libby’s and Perqs. House is just a few minutes to downtown, Sarasota Bay and to Selby Gardens. The house itself is very comfortable and fully equipped. The yard is fenced, beautifully landscaped and with a wonderful pool. A pool service and lawn service comes by weekly. We spent over 3 weeks in the house during Sarasota Opera’s winter season and it was easy to get to and from the opera venue. This is a very good choice for an extended stay in Sarasota.

I'm from Rhode Island originally, went to college at Eckerd in St Pete and have lived in Sarasota for more than 10 years. My wife is a native. We are both involved in our community and my wife works with at risk youth. We are well traveled and enjoy sharing the best of Sarasota with others!

East of Trail/Arlington Park is close to everything and turning into a multimillion dollar home neighborhood. Old Florida and custom new construction homes are both present along with mature landscaping and Arlington Park public pool, tennis, basketball, playground and rec facilities.
