The Space:

Welcome to Beacon Breeze, a brand-new coastal retreat just minutes from the sugar-white shoreline of Saint Joe Beach. Thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and effortless relaxation, this beautifully appointed single-level home sleeps up to 10 guests and offers the perfect blend of indoor comfort and outdoor living.



Step inside to a bright, airy open floor plan where the living room, dining space, and fully stocked kitchen flow seamlessly together, ideal for gathering after a day on the beach. With seating for six indoors and a spacious layout designed for connection, Beacon Breeze makes it easy to spend quality time together. An icemaker in the mudroom adds extra convenience for beach days, boat trips, and evening cocktails.



The home features three spacious bedrooms with luxurious king beds, plus a fourth bedroom with queen-over-queen bunk beds, perfect for kids, teens, or families traveling together. Each bedroom includes its own TV with streaming access, so everyone can unwind their own way at the end of the day.



But the true showstopper is the backyard.



Step outside into your own private coastal oasis, designed for relaxation and entertaining. Whether you're returning from a fishing trip or a day in the Gulf, this outdoor space has everything you need. Enjoy the full outdoor bar and grilling area, a convenient fish-cleaning station for the day’s catch, and generous seating around the electric fireplace. Watch the game on the outdoor TV, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, or gather around the firepit as the sun sets and the coastal breeze rolls in. Peaceful, inviting, and beautifully arranged; this backyard was made for making memories.



With parking for up to four vehicles plus dedicated boat parking, Beacon Breeze is ideal for anglers and adventurers eager to explore the Gulf waters.



Want to explore the area with ease? A 6-seat golf cart is available to rent for an additional fee, perfect for beach runs, sunset rides, and cruising around St. Joe Beach in style. The beach is less than a minute away on foot and even quicker if you take the golf cart. There is a designated crosswalk, a newly built sidewalk and entrance to the beach.

Beacon Breeze is a non-smoking home and is pet-friendly (dogs only) for an additional $150 fee (1 pet). For reservations made through third-party sites such as VRBO, the pet fee will be added to your reservation by our office.



Your stay also includes a $250 beach gear credit — choose from bikes, coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach wagons, kayaks, paddleboards, and more. Best of all, your gear is delivered directly to the home and waiting for you upon arrival.
