This was perfect! We had plenty of room, a relaxing space, and a welcoming house to enjoy while we were there. The property was clean and spacious with everything we needed. There is also a store only about 5 minutes away- very convenient for grocery delivery or grabbing last minute necessities. Beautiful experience

Excellent stay in Chesterland! The house was in a great location and the right size for our family of four adults. Mike was very responsive and took good care of us - it snowed almost the whole time we were there and the plow came to take care of the driveway regularly. Also great to have garage access for our wintertime visit. Will definitely look to stay again on our next trip to see family near Cleveland!

When we checked in it was a 90 degree day and the AC was completely off, with downstairs thermostat reading 88 degrees. It took all night overnight to finally cool the house, we were sweating just sitting in the kitchen and the upstairs bedrooms were unbearably hot. Humidity was high so opening windows only made it worse. Michael was quick to respond to our inquiries but unfortunately there was nothing he could do to cool it faster. We have a newborn and toddler so it was quite stressful trying to keep them safe and cool and get them to sleep. Michael conveyed that he keeps AC off when no one is there so I would NOT recommend booking this house unless he can change how he handles that. We otherwise had a fine stay, house is spacious and we appreciated Michael was quick to respond to questions. But that sweaty and stressful first night was my worst home rental experience ever. Hosts shouldn’t try to save money by making house uninhabitable.

Mike was a great host. He responded early and often and laid out details of the property. Property matched the listing and had plenty of space inside and out. Spent a lot of time on the back patio with the outdoor fireplace. Rooms and kitchen were clean upon arrival and had plenty of linens and towels.
