ABOUT THIS SPACE
Set on the 29th floor with wide views of the Caloosahatchee River and downtown Fort Myers, this retro-modern loft brings together a little 90s nostalgia and a lot of comfort. Designed by Sip & Sage Co., the space feels bright, relaxed, and easy to settle into.
Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony, end the day with sunset colors over the water, and enjoy the building’s resort-style amenities whenever you want a break — the pool, gym, sauna, and game room are all right downstairs.

THE SPACE
Living Area
The main living space is open and filled with natural light. You’ll find a comfortable seating area, a 60" smart TV, and a small vinyl corner with a record player and a curated mix of albums. It’s simple, cozy, and has a relaxed retro feel throughout.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and casual meals — stainless appliances, cookware, basic spices, oils, a Keurig, and a selection of teas. The dining table is a custom piece made from a Sarasota tree, which adds a warm touch of Florida history to the space.
Balcony
The balcony is one of the best parts of the loft. It overlooks both the river and the city, with seating for two and space to enjoy breakfast, an afternoon drink, or just a quiet moment with the breeze.
