THE RIVER:
Over 700 feet of pristine and private shoreline gives YOU a unique opportunity to experience the Pemigewasset River.
The scenic and expansive backyard is perfect for family and friends. Bring your yard games for hours of afternoon fun. 3 Kayaks are available for use directly from this property’s shoreline or bring floats and lounge in the cool, shallow waters. There is a gradual entrance making it accessible for most ages.
Need a little quiet time? Relax in the hammock hung amongst the trees in the summer.
Visiting during the winter? The property has a hill for sledding.
THE HOUSE:
With 3 bedrooms and 2 additional sleeping spaces, up to 12 guests will have plenty of space to call their own. 3 full bathrooms are well positioned throughout the property offering balance for these shared spaces. In the summer, the outdoor shower offers a wonderful experience!
THE AMENITIES:
Mindfully appointed with premium furnishings. Guest will enjoy comfy bed linens, ample pillows and plush bath towels. Quality paper products are provided within each bedroom and bath along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen has dish soap and detergent along with a fresh sponge and paper towels. A generous supply of K-Cups is replenished before each reservation with an assortment of sweeteners. The fridge is stocked with standard condiments.

WINTER GUESTS:
This house is equipped with a whole-house generator.
Snow tires or 4-wheel drive is recommended since the driveway has a steep incline.
Bundle up, grab some beverages and head down to the fire pit to enjoy the crisp winter air and the beauty of the frozen edges of the Pemigewasset.
HOUSE RULES:
1.) Guests must take care when enjoying the river. The current is enjoyable but must be respected. Please accompany children / elderly and others needing supervision.
2.) Please clear trash and food from outdoor living spaces to preserve the natural beauty of the property.
3.) Do not feed or encourage wildlife to visit.
4.) The maximum overnight head count is 12 people.
5.) Please report needed repairs and / or breakages so that replacements can be planned accordingly.
6.) Campton enforces a strict recycling policy. Please sort metals, plastics and glass into marked bins and only segregate corrugated cardboard for recycling. All other paper products are trash.
7.) No pets.
8.) No smoking.
9.) No fireworks.
