Great property, exactly as described in listing. Perfect location, right over the bridge to LBI. Had all the amenities you could need and we loved the outdoor space on the deck. We unfortunately had to cut our stay a little short due to Hurricane Erin, but would absolutely stay here again.

Great Vacation Spot

My whole family and I had an enjoyable and memorable week vacation in this well maintained and fully furnished lovely home. The back of the house backs up to a serene canal that can be multi used for swimming, fishing and crabbing. If you are looking for a spacious house to accomodate a large group...this is the spot for you.

Crabbers Delight

It is a very nice house in a fantastic location. Close to the bay and beach. Crabbing off the dock was great and relaxing at night looking at the lagoon. We had to clean the kitchen and bathrooms a little when we got in and the beds need to be replaced. But other than that I would highly recommend staying here.

Relaxing family vacay!

I had family coming in for a graduation and don’t have room at my house. We booked this property and it was spectacular! Owner was so easy to deal with. She answered all my questions beforehand swiftly! We didn’t need to reach out during our stay because everything was perfect. Lovely home, fantastic deck and dock. Very peaceful and a great environment for catching up with family that lives far away. I would book again in a heartbeat.

Good vacation house

This beach house in Beach Haven West was in a great neighborhood and location! It was a 5-10 minute drive from the beach on LBI and we also paddle boarded in the lagoon off of our dock. One small negative was a misunderstanding about damaged blinds. We knew upon check-in that it was broken but didn’t know we were supposed to report it. We were subsequently charged for replacing the blinds. We recommend that future renters check for any damage and report it immediately.

Canal memories

Our family stay was relaxing and enjoyable, fun for all ages. The home and view of the canal were beautiful. We crabbed, fished and floated our way to a wonderful get together. We are so pleased with all of the amenities available and the perfect location. Just one thing I would to inform others of is that the floors become very slippery when your bare feet are wet so be careful. I had a fall in the kitchen while going to change from the outside shower and steam crabs lol. No worries just be careful ,and the crabs were delicious lol. Thank you. Brian

The house is fantastic

This house was perfect for my family the six of us had a great time. We brought are boat and the dock in the backyard was perfect ten minutes to the bay we had a lot of fun. The host Phyllis on top of everything any questions we had she was on top of it.

Amazing summer vacation at this beautiful home!

We loved our vacation at this house. The property owner was very responsive and we were close by to beaches (Jennifer bay beach and Ship Bottom were our favorite) and just a short ride to Fantasy Island. The lagoon view was beautiful. Overall, a wonderful experience!!

Relaxing beach vacation

Had a fantastic week at LBI. The house was spacious, clean and very inviting with plenty of indoor and outdoor places to relax and read or sit by the dock and read a book. Close proximity to the beach, just across the bridge, made for a perfect vacation where we could spend our days at the beach, come back for a quick shower and then return the the island for dinner. Thanks for a great week!

Great home for couples

This was the perfect home for us. Close enough to the LBI beaches, 5 minutes, but just far enough away to enjoy a quieter area that was still on the water. As four couples, having 4 queen beds was a Godsend. There were plenty of seating areas too, so we weren’t on top of each other all the time. Phyliss ( owner ) was also very patient, prompt, and helpful answering all our questions. Looking forward to returning soon.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This house is a treasure, in a very nice neighborhood. Easy to get to and from the beach, free parking in Ships Bottom. Shopping and dining close by. Nice bike ride space if you have bikes, bring them. Perfect for our family of 5 plus two. Perfect for teens and kids, lots of places for them to feel independent, but covid safe because much less populated than other areas. Gorgeous sunsets and deck space for all! Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

This property is very special to us. The original home was completely destroyed by Hurricane Sandy and newly reconstructed.
My husband and 3 children spent every summer here relaxing, swimming and spending much needed time together. They grew up experiencing summer full of of sun, sand and sea. Our children are now almost all grown up, and it’s time for other families to make new memories here.
