Welcome to Anchors Aweigh! Don't forget your fishing rods as you head to the sailfish capital of the world in Stuart, FL. Just steps away from waterfront restaurants, beaches, sandbars, shopping, and the ultimate Florida lifestyle. Your family will be close to everything at this centrally-located waterfront home. Boat slips are available for an additional $30 per slip per night. Anchors Aweigh is a unique property located in the Manatee Pocket of historic Port Salerno. By boat you are about 15 minutes to the inlet leading to the ocean. The property contains 2 fire pits - one in the backyard and one down on the beach. Your rental comes with 2 paddle boards and 2 kayaks ($250 security deposit required for use). Life vests are included as well. A separate waiver document will need to be signed prior to use and that will be sent over 3 days prior to your stay. There is a ping pong table for your use as well.
Please note The indoor fireplace in the living room is not operable and not for use

It is important to note there is also a separate 2 bedroom home on this property that shares access to the BBQ grill, beach fire pit, and dock area. There is an easement walk way in between the yards of this home and the 3 bedroom home (easement walk way is shown in the additional photos). This 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom additional home, if available, can also be included in the rental of Anchors Aweigh for an additional $300 per night. Please message to inquire if interested.
