About this property

Chic, Urban loft in the heart of downtown Toronto. Soaring ceilings, open concept, and very spacious. 680 sq ft + 100 sq ft terrace. Located at Adelaide & Spadina, right next to the entertainment district. High walk score! Steps from the city’s best cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, bars, nightlife, and Public transportation.

Note: Address listed is our home address. This is one of our condo properties located at Adelaide and Spadina.

1 Bedroom (Queen size), 1 Bath. The suite features lots of closet space and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, and all the cooking utensils you’ll need. The building has a rooftop and a small gym.

The unit is located at King and Spadina; we live 10 minutes away at Queen and Niagara. This is a rental condo we have owned since 2017. Contact us anytime throughout your stay. We usually reply within the hour, if not sooner.
