First of all the neighborhood is peaceful. It’s surrounded by nature. There’s two beaches to choose from also there a hotel in the community with two restaurants one being an amazing restaurant called the pelican. There is 24 seven security. It’s such a beautiful place.
What makes this property unique
Rancho Casa playa is stunning because of its large pool, coconut trees that surround the property large gazebo to enjoy outdoor dining also an outdoor patio overlooking the pool. The house inside is modern with a great kitchen and amazing bedrooms and living room. Amazing home.
