Guests will receive a 4-digit code to access the smart lock on the front door for a seamless and secure check-in experience.



Other Things to Note:

This property is equipped with two outdoor security cameras—one facing the front door and one overlooking the backyard—to help ensure guest safety and protect the home. We also use a Minut noise-monitoring system, which detects noise levels and smoking both inside and outside the property. This system does not record audio; it simply alerts us if noise or smoke levels exceed acceptable limits. These measures are in place to help maintain a safe environment and ensure guests adhere to our rules regarding noise, smoking, and occupancy.



After confirming your reservation, you’ll receive access to our Guest Portal. This portal must be completed before your check-in date and includes important details such as your check-in instructions, house rules, and required guest information. Please make sure to complete it promptly to ensure a smooth and seamless check-in experience.

We’re happy to welcome pets in our property! We allow up to 2 pets, and there is a $100 pet fee per pet.
