House was very run down and dirty on the outside. Front entry key pad did not work when we arrived. However, host did replied to inform where we could find keys. Once we entered property it was 90 degrees in the house. It took until next day to cool down, we had to go buy a fan to get air circulating. Plus, the house was very musty and smelled bad. We sprayed a whole can of Lysol but never got smell out. Towels and linens were brand new and never washed. Towels left lint on our bodies when we dried off. House was staged very nice but was dirty. Floors were filthy. There were spiders and other bugs in the bathrooms and bathtubs. I tried to contact host the following day but he never responded. He was suppose to let me know when he would be there to fix the key pad but he did not. When we got back after being out the second day it appeared that he came by to fix key pad and ended up climbing through a window and left the window screen off laying against the house. It would have been nice if he would have provided check out instruction. I never received any despite asking several times. I wasnt going to leave this bad review, however I tried several times to contact him but he never emailed, texted, and called me back. So I felt like a had no choice but to provide this review.
