The Space:

The mountain air fills your lungs as you step onto the wrap‑around deck, the sunrise painting the Appalachian foothills in gold. Hummingbirds flit near the rail while the river below murmurs, and the night sky unfurls a crystal‑clear view of the Milky Way. Here, every window frames a panoramic scene that invites you to pause, breathe, and let the pace of life slow.



Sleeping arrangements

Primary King Suite – a king‑size bed paired with a custom oversized twin Book Nook, his‑and‑hers sinks, a stone walk‑in shower, and a private deck.

King Guest Bedroom – plush king bed with a large closet and an adjacent full bathroom.

Lower Level – two queen beds, a massive TV for movie nights, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk‑in shower that opens directly to the yard and fire pit.



Kitchen & dining

Chef‑ready kitchen equipped with a large stove/oven, full‑size fridge, dishwasher, coffee station (coffee, tea, sugar, syrups) and stocked spices, cooking oil, cookware, and servingware. A spacious island with bar stools and a dining table seats the whole group, while indoor and outdoor dish sets keep meals effortless.



Living spaces

Open‑concept living room drenched in natural light, cozy seating, board games, a guitar, Smart TV and fast fiber Wi‑Fi for work or play. A dedicated desk in the primary suite offers a quiet spot for remote tasks.
