Cosy House On The Top Of Skopelos City

The house in Greece is located in the wonderful island of Skopelos, in the middle of Aegean Sea. It’s an ecologic island situated between Skiathos and Alonnisos, part of the Sporades archipelago.

The weather is pleasant and does not exceed more than 35 degrees, dry and not humid and will regenerate the lucky tourists. Dense pine forests directly on the sea, beautiful landscapes that let you feel being in the Alps but with a beautiful sea instead of lakes. The sea is crystal clear with different shades of blue.

The island can be reached by ferry from Volos, Thessaloniki and Skiathos.

The movie “Mamma mia was filmed in Skopelos and gave to the island more notoriety, but Skopelos still preserved it's quite and wild nature. The island has 365 churches and many beautiful beaches that you can reach by car without problems.

The house is located on the top of Skopelos city right next a beautiful terrace that reigns over the sea and the rest of the city. The house has more than 80 m2 and a private yard of about 30 m2.

Completely renovated everything inside is from new installation: roof, tubing and the rest.
Furniture of first quality makes the house cosy and makes you feel at home. The house is foreseen also for winter period because has fireplace that is sufficient to heat it.

Wonderful neighbors and close to the old Venetian Castle where there is a characteristic restaurant with live typical greek music. Tucked glade with a little store nearby, and parking places very close, which are a rarity for Skopelos city.

The view is on the sea and you can glimpse the island of Alonissos.

The house is in a great stand, always fresh with no humidity. Atmosphere is ideal for young children and older people.
