The Space:
The villa is located in a great spot not for from restaurants and attractions. It features three bedrooms including a second floor master suite with king bed, spacious bathroom with tub and his & her sinks.


The master bedroom also features a private sun deck with spectacular golf and ocean views and two spacious guest bedrooms featuring queen size beds in each and private bathrooms. From both guest bedrooms there is direct access to the backyard area. A spacious covered terrace with table & chairs in the backyard are accented by a beautifully landscaped garden together with spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the professional 18-hole Robert Trent jones golf course.


There is a pathway in the garden leading straight up to the golf course. This villa is perfect for a family with children or three couples. Located 11.8 km to the International Queen Beatrix Airport (25 min)

Getting Around:
We do provide free transportation from the airport to Tierra del Sol, however we always recommend to rent a car as it is the easiest way to explore the island by using google maps.

Other Things to Note:
- American (110v) and European (220v) plug outlets
- Minimum stay of 7 nights during Xmas/ New Year period and 3 nights for the rest of the year
- housekeeping services every other day
- Water- and Electricity consumption is included for short terms ( 3 weeks) for long term stay 4 weeks and up will be calculated by taking picture the day of the check in and taking picture the day of the check out, this will be calculated at the end of your stay.
- The rate shown is based on 6 pax
- There is  A/C in common areas, and in the bedrooms
