This property can sleep up to 26 with the additional attached Bonus Room or you can just book the 6BR/5BA main house that sleeps 20. The Bonus Room adds 2 queen beds, 1 set of bunkbeds (twin over twin) and 2 full bathrooms. THE PRICE GIVEN IN THE INSTANT QUOTE IS BASED ON THE 6BR/5BA. The Bonus Room will be quoted upon request for more than 20 guests.

~We welcome large groups, wedding parties, golf groups and sports teams~ We can accommodate Bus Parking on the property. There will be additional cost for events held on the property. We are only about 5 miles to the Foley Sports Complex.

This property backs up to 3 other of our properties. The back yard privacy fence has a corridor for access to the other properties. This would be perfect for large groups that would require more space than what this house provides. Between the four houses would accommodate up to 93 guests. This private home was custom built to offer our renters a high-end luxury home for an ultimate vacation experience.
This beautiful, spacious home offers 7 bedrooms (2 of them are master suites) and 7 bathrooms. Each room has its own TV and is beautifully decorated. With a total of 4000 sq. ft., this home can sleep 26 and has a spacious great room just off of the modern kitchen. With a dining room, eat in kitchen and kitchen island with bar style seating there is plenty of room for dining.

The back Screen enclosure is complete with outdoor furniture for your own private resort. You will find yourself spending hours enjoying the private, heated hot tub that cascades into a beautiful saltwater swimming pool. The pool starts at 3' and the deepest goes to 5'. The pool can be heated for an additional fee, ask at booking. The back yard also offers a professionally installed beach volleyball court which is sure to bring hours of family fun as well as horseshoes, tether ball, Bocci Ball and a putting green.

The back yard is enclosed with a privacy fence which is great if you choose to bring your pet. We do have a Pet Fee of $35.00 per day, per pet. Max of 2 dogs per stay. Pets are not allowed on Gulf Shore Beaches. However, pets are allowed at Gulf State Park and Fort Morgan Beach which is a 20-minute drive.

trash bag in each trash can and one small bar of soap in each bathroom. All other
paper products and toiletries are guest responsibilities.

* We supply all the balls and horseshoes for the private amenities except golf clubs
and balls for the putting green.
* Pool cleaning is scheduled on Saturdays. We cannot control if this day gets moved
due to weather or special situations. We appreciate your understanding.
* Lawn maintenance is scheduled on Fridays. We cannot control if this day gets
moved due to weather or special situations. We appreciate your understanding.

We offer smart TV's in each room. No cable or streaming service is provided. Subscriptions are at renter's expense. There is an app called FREE TV to view at no cost to guest.
