The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Tidy up a bit
- Wash any dirty dishes and leave to dry
- Set mini-splits to 69 ( Oct-Mar) and 78 (Apr-Sep)
- Turn off all lights, TV and coffee maker.
- Excessive trash can be taken to bin at back of lower level (in the alleyway); otherwise, we will take care of the it.
- You may leave bedding on the bed
- Place all used towels on bathroom floor
- Send us a quick message upon your departure.

About the host
Hosted by Tanya Johansen
My husband and I grew up in and around this area. We remain in this area. I work locally as well. Our kids are avid wrestlers and we are usually following them around everywhere. So being a host gives a little something of our own :)

The are many local restaurants, shops and other conveniences located within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet.

Our property is unique because some of the original features have been maintained. There is the original tin ceiling and wood floors.
