This was a great house, very spacious, and a good rural base to explore the Eastern part of PEI! It’s super clean, with a lot of necessities for a great stay near beaches (ex beach towels, beach chairs). If you’re interested in a quiet, low key stay in small communities, then this is the place for you.

Beautiful property a short walk to the beach full of interesting shells, small lobster, crab, and other sea creatures. Close enough to amenities to be convenient but far enough to feel like you’re away from it all.

We were a family of eight including our in-laws and it was a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and kitchen well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. The towels, beach chairs and fire pit were a welcome touch to make the beach days more enjoyable. The screened in porch was the perfect touch to this property as it let us spread out and enjoy the property and PEI air. The beach was only a few short steps away and was very private. There was a Superstore within 20 minutes of where we stayed and plenty of great local restaurants. The only drawback for us was we were about 1 hour from Charlottetown and the Anne of Green Gable attractions. Overall, an immaculate property, well designed and laid out perfectly for a family with plenty of space for the kids upstairs to sleep and relax.

We loved our group family stay at this beautiful location! We had 6 children between the ages of 1 and 8 years, and 4 adults. The beach is a 3 minute walk down the road, and is very quiet. There was a large sandy area for the children, and lots of treasures to be found. The host responded to us quickly when we had questions, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The screened in porch was the best touch, as we could sit outside for meals and in the evenings without worrying about bugs. A couple of things that may have made it a little more comfortable would be a larger dining table so everyone could have a meal together (there were only 6 seats at the table), and some larger baking trays for cooking for 10 people would have been helpful. However, we didn’t let it bother us, and thoroughly enjoyed our time!Extras:- Panmure Island Beach is a short drive away and is amazing!- Bogside Brewing ( there’s a location in Montague) is absolutely delicious and is crowd and kid friendly!
