Newly decorated 1st Fl end condo with fabulous panoramic views

This 1st floor Colonnade has 2 bedrooms and a den with sofa bed and comfortably sleeps 6. The views are perfect. It is a very bright corner unit that faces the 13th and 14th greens and all new living room and dining room furniture . there are 3 flat screen tv's in the master, 2nd bedroom and living area. The golf course is sensational! There is tennis, restaurants and fitness center, 15 minutes from Old Naples. There is a $550 transfer fee that allows the renter to have access to golf, the fitness center and restaurants.(paid for by renter)

We have been long time renters in Cedar Hammock and adore this gated golf community. We have recently purchased an end unit in this community and updated all the living room and dining room furniture and bedspreads, towels, art and the unit is equiped with comcast, netflix and wifi! the views from this first floor condo are fantastic and we make this unit available throughout the year, with the exception of mid october to mid November and Feb1st thru May 1st. We are antique dealers in the Berkshires and have chosen a bit more contempary and fresh airy look for our new home.
