Spend your next vacation in our oceanfront studio condo on beautiful Napili Bay. You can't get closer to the water anywhere on the island!! Our studio has been upgraded completely to include a wall-mounted 42' flat screen tv with blu-ray DVD player, new double pillow-top king size bed, dresser, night stand, table and chairs. Additional amenities include granite counters, sub-zero refrigerator and porcelain floor tile. The perfect spot for a honeymoon or just rest and relaxation. The clear blue waters of Napili Bay are home to a multitude of brightly colored tropical fish and the giant sea turtles that everyone talks about. Within walking distance to many award winning restaurants and so many outdoor activities to choose from you can be busy everyday or just kickback and enjoy the sunshine and the rainbows seen on a daily basis!
You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay in our first floor corner condo with spectacular views of Molokai and Lanai. It doesn't get much better than this!

Our family of 3 visited Maui for the first time in 1978. We visited all of the islands loved it so much that we returned again in 1980. It was then that we knew Maui was the place for us. We visited again in 1982, and Dale found Napili Bay one morning on his daily run. We rented #105 for one month in 1983 and purchased #101 before we returned home to California & we have never looked back. It is just as special to us today as it was in 1983. Our family, friends and now our grandkids and their friends, enjoy visiting Napili Bay.
Why they chose this property
We chose this property because of its proximity to the water. No loading the gear into the car and going to the beach. We can go inside for a quick nap, make a meal or to blend a batch of piña coladas. We decided that being closer to the water was better than having a larger unit off the water because you are never inside except to shower, sleep or eat.
There is so much to do and so little time........We now are enjoying Napili Bay with our grandsons.

What makes this property unique
We absolutely chose this location for its proximity to the beach on a reef protected bay filled with colorful fish and sea turtles. Napili Bay is ideal for snorkeling, skim boarding, looking at tide pools and when it’s the right season, the humpback whales put on quite a show!
