Adorable, clean & safe apartment perfect for our needs on a couples trip to Boston & Salem! Safe parking, a short walk to breakfast & coffee, and a great little bar for a few more rounds & great food!

We were pleasantly happy with the apartment, location, and, a parking garage!!! There are several coffee shops (highly recommend Common Grounds, which is within walking distance) and grocery stores close by and the freeway was easy to get to. Our host, Sarah, was friendly and promptly helpful whenever we had a question.

This place was perfect for our family of 5 for a few days exploring Boston. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk to the taco truck, Wendy, coffee shop and grocery store. The place was well equipped with cooking essentials. The only thing that we could have used was some laundry detergent, a dish towel and a few more bath towels. Otherwise it was perfect!

The hosts were incredible to work with and so easy to contact! We were in Boston during an unexpected nor'easter and they kept us updated on what to watch for if something would happen.We needed maintenance on a toilet, and they had help dispatched asap. The fix was quick and not invasive. I was so impressed with how well we were taken care of. Thanks Hyatus Team!

Unfortunately we had a hiccup with the check in process which made us late for our function. Check in was at 4 pm - we stood at the check in pad waiting for our code to enter 45 minutes later and several phone calls later we received a code only to find that the key lockbox did not have key fabs inside. We had to wait another 15 minutes for housekeeping to finish cleaning and receive our parking garage and key fabs for the apartment. Other than that the apartment worked well for us.
