**Reservations are available in weekly (7 night) increments with arrivals and departures on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

This one bedroom suite is designed for comfort and convenience. Perfect for couples or small families, the suite features a queen bed and a double sofa sleeper in the living room. The full kitchen makes mealtime easy, with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and all the essentials for cooking at home. Step outside onto your private patio, stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi, and enjoy the flexibility of having both resort amenities and the comforts of home under one roof.

On-site amenities include a clubhouse, indoor and outdoor pools, a whirlpool, basketball, tennis, mini golf, games room, hot tub, and saunas. About five miles away are the beach and Nantucket Sound. Local marinas offer equipment rentals, deep-sea charters, and excursions to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Island. Countless antiques stores, crafts shops, and art galleries make Cape Cod a souvenir hunter's delight, and if you love seafood, there's no better place to be. With over 1,000 acres of conservation land, this area is home to a new wildlife refuge, and boasts miles of biking and hiking trails. Visit Waquoit and Popponesset Bays, which offer four of the largest freshwater ponds on the Cape. This is an area rich in beauty, history and activities.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving including but not limited to contacting rental agent at Concierge Realty and contacting the resort. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of villas at the resort and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. Specific view categories must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been discussed and agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
