$50/hr for unapproved time beyond 11am checkout will apply. Stays past 3pm of checkout day a 2x booking rate will be charged including taxes and fees
Pets are to be housebroken, owners will use furniture covers and crate when unsupervised to insure the condition of unit remains intact.
Visitors are allowed but are not permitted to stay overnight or additional guest fees will apply.

Wonderful property, the host left a beautiful welcome note along with cookies and fresh eggs in the fridge from the chickens. A wonderful setting, quite neighborhood, close access to all things Vancouver and Portland!

We have stayed at several VRBOs and this property was easily one of the best. From the little touches and extras the hosts’ provided to the great little yard the puppies could run around in - a real gem! Will definitely return.

Everything was great. It was a nice quiet street where i was able to walk our dog as well as an enclosed yard. I was glad to find plenty of pots and pans as well as cutlery. All the beds were comfortable abd liked by all

My friend and I were traveling for sad and unhappy issues and wen we arrived at the "Ranch" our spirits were lifted and we knew we had a safe and comfortable haven. It could not have been more welcoming. So clean and cozy. If you needed something it was there. The chickens and puppy dogs were such a joy. To say nothing of the farm fresh eggs. Melody and the family were so sweet and helpful. We would love to return one day on a much better mission. Thank you Micro Ranch family
