The cabin was easy to locate, and very clean when we arrived. They had everything we needed & even had a crockpot which is a plus for eating in the cabin. I had spoke with Jesse a couple times and he was super nice and answered every time I called! Would definitely recommend this cabin can’t wait to come back!!

Cabin was quaint, we were only there to sleep spent most of our time enjoying piegon forge. No dumpster for trash, had to leave it on porch. Wife noticed cob web in corner above couch. But all in all nice place for a stay.

Honestly this place isn’t for a family of 6. Maybe for a family of 4? The pictures definitely made it seem bigger. It also felt a little dirty to us. We even found a used shaver in the bathtub 😣 Other than that, the place fine for the 3 nights we stayed.

Positives:Great location close to everything. You do get a little traffic noise from the road below but not too bad.Nice front porch/balcony areaThe room was quaint and cozy and we especially liked the fireplace and foosball table.It has a great cabin vibe.Also nice that there is a pool and jacuzzi.Negatives:Some of the bedding and towels were needing replacement as they looked dingy and had holes in them.Bathroom is on the small side but not much you can do about that.Jacuzzi was nice but definitely needed a cleaning (not sure if that’s an hoa thing)

There was a leek on the porch that dripped all over the place In front of the door from above and made it very slippery! Also we found food wrapper on the floor In corner by the door. Spider web I’m same corner on ceiling. Other than that is was a nice stay

The cabin was great, except they didn’t tell me there was people above us. The pull out couch was broke and the coffee pot didn’t work. But we still had a great time!!! No towels at pool area

Room was nice but smaller than expected. I expected a small stove not microwave. I was going by pictures online. Hostess was never available before trip to answer questions and concerns. There was evacuation and floods prior to my arrival. She did respond after I arrived.Parking was a little tight but we managed with our one vehicle. I’ll recommend to anyone . Just research the room before booking.

We stayed here with our 4 kids, 5 and under. The place was clean and stocked decently. Water pressure in shower was amazing, compared to other cabins I've stayed in where you're lucky to get a trickle of water out of the shower. Check in was a breeze. Directions to the dumpster would've been nice, but it is near the pool if you're looking for it. We stayed in the bottom level, and it was a little strange having a stairwell leading to the upper level inside, with just a locked door to separate the two. The parking situation is also less than ideal. There were never enough spots for us to park our one vehicle, so we were constantly making our own spot to park and shuffling vehicles with other guests in other units. Other than that, location is great! Close to dollywood and the parkway. Apparently they've got a trolley to dollywood, but i couldn't find any info about it in order to use it.

Cute, Quaint, and Got the Job Done

Overall, this was a cute cabin to stay in. Checking in and out was easy. Conveniently located just off of the main strip, close to Dollywood, and near everything you need, it’s the perfect location to every attraction. If you are going just to sleep, it’s perfect. I had one issue as soon as we got in and the owners were quick to respond! Very awesome and felt cared for! My comments are strictly of my own experience and should be taken with a grain of salt. —The cabin is actually one converted into two, there are stairs that lead to the top floor, but the door has been locked on both sides so that neither house can enter the other. This was NOT a problem for us. —the cabin did not cool down towards the back even when the unit running constantly. Since I sleep hot, I had to buy a fan to keep me cool. —The sofa bed is uncomfortable so we did not watch a lot of TV. Just needs a huge upgrade. —The neighbors upstairs were stomping around every morning and woke us up every day. —Parking is not great. If you go with more than one vehicle, parking is difficult. This is unavoidable as it looks like each cabin gets one parking spot, and the rest park in front of cabins and off to the side. Overall, I wouldn’t stay in this cabin again as I travel with people often and parking was enough to make me find another place. That’s personal. If you travel in a single, large vehicle, this place is perfect. If you’re cold easily and traveling with one vehicle, this cabin is PERFECT.

Would definitely stay here again! This unit was perfect for our family of four with two young kids. We didn't need a huge cabin for the four of us, so this was just the right size with the little sitting area and small kitchenette. We had no complaints about the cabin, just a couple things we wish we would have known prior to booking. This unit is the basement studio of a larger cabin, and with any multi-story house there is going to be noise coming from the floor above, especially if kids are present. You will definitely be able to tell when the guests upstairs are home because even with normal walking it is pretty loud. But again, that is to be expected in a cabin made completely of wood. We read other reviews prior to booking that stated parking was a problem. However if everyone follows the guidelines parking shouldn't be an issue. There is one designated parking spot per unit and we never had a problem getting our spot. This was a great little cabin convenient to everything! We would definitely recommend for smaller families like ours.

Not the place for relaxing !!

1. Balcony over looks a very busy 3 lane road ,very load! 2. You hear EVERY thing upstairs! Especially when there's inconsiderate guests staying there !! 3. No stove ,yes a gas pit outside but I don't think it has ever been cleaned, was scared to use it ,didn't want a fire. 4. If you want to watch TV you have to rearrange the furniture , Area in front of TV and fireplace is very small so The couch is pushed up against the wall,Whatever you do don't sit in the middle of the couch it will swallow you. 5. Air conditioned sucks!! Thank goodness it was nice outside ( just very noicey) 6. Our only parking spot at the cabin had an overgrown Hollybush that we had to struggle with getting in-and-out of your car, ouch!!!
