The home was lovely. Warm and welcoming. the cabin had everything anyone could need from spices to pots and pans, washer/dryer, and a great game roo. and outdoor space. The cabin was exceptionally clean!. would highly.recommend to stay here!
Lovely place. Quiet (if you're not with us rowdy 65 year-olds who still act like we're 21. LOL) House is on a slight incline, so walking up the walkway was a little bit of a challenge, but otherwise wonderful location. A reflective device would be helpful to find the driveway at night. Sorry about not being able to submit pictures. All pictures are on another's phone. But trust me, we had a great time!!!
This was our second stay here, it's a beautiful property! Perfect if traveling with teens, everyone has their own space. The fire pit is wonderful! Maria is a wonderful hostess and great with communication. Highly recommended!
The property is close to town but remote enough that we got to enjoy the sounds of wildlife, not traffic. Everything was very clean. All of our needs were provided for including cooking needs as we elected to eat most meals at the cabin. The view from the deck is breathtaking. The game room had multiple game options to keep adults and children entertained. We were able to park 2 vehicles easily.
Maria was great in keeping an open communication throughout the days before and during the stay making the planning of what stuff to bring, check in and check out process a breeze. Although the cabin is a little hard to locate(would not recommend going the first time in the dark), was a great place to stay with all spices and necessities included and pizza, coffee and deli places nearby. Overall we had a great time at the cabin. Would definitely recommend.
The place is super nice had no problems. Needed paper towels and a pizza cutter but other than that.
Loved the game room the kids had a blast. Any specials i would love to know for a cheaper rate. Very nice place to stay. Lov3d the porch. Would enjoy staying there again.
We had a great stay for a family of six. Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The game room was a hit for the kids to have a little space to go hang out in. Location was perfect to have a quiet space in the mountains away from the crowds but still seemed close enough to hit stores and attractions in a 10-15 minute drive. Maria was very responsive and definitely takes a lot of pride in making sure all guests have a great stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the smokies!
The property was close to Pigeon Forge which was great for us. Our main reason for our trip was Dollywood and it was not far from the property. The location of the property was great since it was out and very quiet. If you plan on staying here it is great just note that it is well water, which is no biggie just a heads up.
We enjoyed our stay but wasn’t 4 beds as advertised. One of us slept on the couch.
Lawn was overgrown and difficult to carry up luggage. There were a few hairs on the sheets and toilet upon inspection on arrival.
The master suite was very nice!

Trailer
The house was located towards the top and back of the mountain that was on an gravel road.
I have an Audi so that was NOT the right car to have going to the house.
It also had a very dangerous driveway where if you pull up to far you would have to be concerned your going to fall off the cliff just to back out and leave.
The house had a VERY strong cinnamon odor which I am allergic to so I had to unplug the plug in and leave the door open to air the house out.
The stairs were rotting and wobbly and when we sat in the rocking chair on the porch the screws came out.
The air conditioner in the 2nd bedroom had duck tape on it and looked like it was going to fall in.
We were not told that the it was a trailer and it used well water.
Everytime we used the water the entire house smelled like spoiled sewer water. I was asked to put salt in some machine to help with the smell.
We were not able to take a shower or use the water at all.
We had to buy jug water so we may brush our teeth and wash our face.
As we went to lock the doors for the night the screen door doesn’t lock and the back to the auto lock fell off.
The master room was VERY nice and updated the bed was amazing and comfortable and I loved the big mirror for me to take pictures and check out my outfits.
The house also came with every utensil you would need for cooking and making coffee which was amazing.
I will not rent this place again but I thank the owner for allowing us to utilize it while on my bday trip.
We had a great time! The property was clean, cozy and everything worked. Everything we needed was provided which made our stay even nicer. Nice isolated location but still close to everything. We would highly recommend this property and would stay there again!

The only positive thing I have to say is that it was clean There was a sign that stated the water was well water and should not be consumed, however, there was no bottled water provided. My husband is rather fit at 82 years old, however the “sidewalk” was made of round stones and it was even hard for the younger people in our group to manage. The beds were just a mattress on a low metal frame which was also not something I was expecting. We were attending a wedding in the area. After seeing the property and spending one night of our three nights, I reached out and asked if we could have a refund for our last night as the property was quite secluded, and I was told no. We had zero cell service, which meant no help if we had an emergency. So, We went into town and got a hotel. We paid for 3 nights and spent one at the property Unless you are extremely fit, and bring water with you I would think twice. Also I will add that the entrance door had a wreath on it that said Merry Christmas, the wedding we attended was August 10, 2025.
Perfect location for what we wanted! We stay in the PF area 4-6 times a year and this spot will definitely be added into our rotation. Comfortable and quiet. All of the comforts of home. Plenty of room. Maria was great with communication and checking on us. Close enough to get to the strip, but far enough away to feel like you are in the mountains. Campfire at night and sitting on the porch was ideal!
We had lovely time staying at Maria's place in the Smokies! It's so cute and tucked away in the woods away from all the hustle and bustle. We made a fire and roasted marshmellow's under a blanket of stars and enjoyed some great quality family time. Maria's place has a fully stocked kitchen that we utilized every day. It was very clean and organized when we arrived. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!
