False advertising! This property was a 2 story hotel, NOT a luxury high rise! The pictures listed are NOT this property! The host communication was sketchy. We didn’t receive check in instructions in a timely manner. The host didn’t answer the phone when we called multiple times to get the gate code. The neighborhood wasn’t the best. We immediately thought we were scammed and ended up going to the JW Marriott.

This booking resulted in a serious failure of communication. The host did not provide any check-in instructions before or after arrival, despite multiple messages and calls. After driving six hours to Los Angeles, we were left stranded with no access to the property and no response from the host. Due to the situation, we had to secure a hotel late at night as an emergency. This experience caused significant stress and inconvenience and highlights the importance of reliable host communication for travelers.
