This house was perfect for us! We were two families traveling for baseball. It is perfect location for going to Peoria Sports Complex and had lots of grocery and dining options very close by. The house had everything we needed, very smartly stocked kitchen and was even stocked with things we have had to purchase at other rentals. We will stay here again for sure!

This was an amazing property and host, Eunice, is a great communicator throughout process. It is exactly as described and impeccably furnished and very clean. The AC worked perfectly! The host has thought of everything. We do not have young children but is great for families that do as the host has thought of everything for young kiddos. There is alot to do at the property which makes it a very fun experience for all. I would highly recommend and would stay again and would recommend to our extended family for a stay when they visit.

Cute, comfortable well-cared for house. Perfect place to stay for Spring Training. Paid for pool heat and very glad we did. Clear that the owner put a lot of TLC into everything.

Everything was great and the host was very responsive. If you like a hot spa you will have to heat it. It was the same temp as the pool which was 76 degrees. When we asked for it to be heated the communication was prompt and clear. The house has everything you would need to be comfortable. There is only one tv in the main room. There are not TV’s in each room which was not a problem. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the Modern Desert Stay. 4 real bedrooms and 2 real bathrooms. The pool was super cold which was very refreshing after a morning hike or afternoon baseball game. 7 minutes for real from Peoria sports complex. FYI We tried nearby ballpark pizza and loved it. Eunice is a pro host, great communication and accommodation. This is a real house, nicely outfitted for a large group.
