The Space:
Welcome to your brand-new coastal retreat, fully renovated in September 2025. This spacious studio offers thoughtful touches throughout, featuring a plush king-size bed, two sofas, and a daybed with trundle—perfect for couples or families. Take your morning coffee outside on the private patio overlooking the grassy courtyard, and savor the sunsets in the evening.
We’ve outfitted the condo with comfort and convenience in mind: high-quality linens, plush bath towels, extra blankets, and plenty of pillows. Plantation shutters provide privacy or natural light as needed. The full kitchen is stocked with a keurig coffee maker, quality cookware, utensils, glassware, modern appliances, and a large island that seats four for casual dining. The newly renovated bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a spacious vanity with ample counter space and storage.
We make beaching easy! 2 chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels, and insulated cups are provided so you can pack light and head straight for the sand. With beach access right across the street, it’s easy to go back and forth from the beach to the condo if you need to.
Outside the Unit:
Easy, free parking - pull right up near your unit
In the lush, grassy courtyard there are several charcoal grills for community use
The pool has loungers and shaded area with tables, as well as a bathroom and outdoor shower
A laundry facility is onsite featuring commercial grade washers and dryers (quarters or credit cards accepted)
Beach access is directly across the street - just a 3 minute walk until you hit the sand!
