Privado e independiente mini departamento para 2 personas con todo lo necesario para estancia corta, No comparte nada, baño propio en interior, minisplit, Netflix, cocina con todo lo necesario: estufa, refri, microondas, tostador, licuadora, trastes para cocinar, etc..
Banco de respaldo con 1 hora de internet en caso de apagon.
A solo 25 minutos del aeropuerto en un punto intermedio hacia el estadio Guadalupe del mundial del fútbol y de parque fundidora Cintermex y centro de Monterrey.

La entrada es por la cocina, luego esta el acceso al sanitario completo que cuenta con dos puertas, una para el area de la cocina y la otra que permite el acceso a la recamara, es decir para ingresar a la recamara se necesita pasar por el baño.
Acceso para huéspedes
Tanto el patio trasero como el porche estan disponibles para su uso compartido con los demas huespedes.
