The property is beautiful and very quiet. The pool and garden are amazing, very easy to relax there. Only two issues were the pillows were quite bad to be honest, and the shower temperature is very finnicky, besides that it was all perfect.

The place is a very unique and interesting property. It is a good ways outside of Valladolid, but that wasn't really an issue for us. Jeff was very communicative.

What a gem of a home and village! Outside enough from Valladolid for peace and quiet, but close enough to run into town for dinner, exploring, etc. This home is an absolute treat. Literally every accommodation was comfortable. The pool was amazing. The staff who checked in on the property were so friendly. Jeff is a top notch host! We rarely do repeat vacations but this one might be our first to consider.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rental. Honestly, it was way better than the pictures and description made it look and sound. This private, gated home sits on about an acre (by my guess- don't quote me) of tropical land.The pool was literally better than many resorts we have been to. This was the perfect rental for our stay in Valladolid. It is only about 10-15 minutes outside of town, so it offered peace and quiet while still being close enough to town for meals and exploring. It is also the perfect location to explore the cenotes from. Pro tip: check out Cenote Secreto de Maya.The home was well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the AC was cold! We would happily make it back. This rental is perfect for couples with a car who want a little privacy.
