We will require a small security deposit for guest with negative reviews.
Trash pick up is on Tuesday and recycling is Friday. Yard waste is Wednesday. Large bulk items will be picked up during the week of the 2nd Monday of the month. Dumpster is located at the back of the wooden fence going to California Ave

For the security of our property and all guests, we require identity verification prior to check-in. Guests must provide:

- A selfie photo holding the ID next to your face
- A photo of the credit card used for the booking (showing only the last 4 digits and name on the card)
