Living Room: The stylish living area includes a modern sofa bed and a 55” Smart TV, perfect for relaxing movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The sofa bed also offers an additional sleeping option for extra guests, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.



Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek stainless steel appliances — refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher — making it easy to cook your favorite meals or enjoy a quick snack.



Bathrooms: The apartment features two bathrooms — one full bathroom with a shower and a second half bathroom equipped with a toilet and sink for added convenience. Both are designed with modern finishes and a clean, elegant style.

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Self-check-in is available for your convenience



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Each reservation includes a $55 Damage Protection Program covering accidental damages up to $150.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.



Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.



Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:



« You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

« You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

« You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the owner, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

« You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.



All guests are subject to verification checks and are required to provide the necessary information to us within 24 hours of booking. Same-day bookings are required to provide the information within 1 hour of booking. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification check criteria.



Pets ARE allowed depending on size, please let us know beforehand and be upfront about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. The following additional PER Pet Cleaning Fee applies :



1- 4 Nights : $35 Per Night

5-29 Nights : $250

30+ Nights : $400
