🏕️ THE CABIN
Welcome to luxury mountain living at Eagle’s View, a stunning new cabin perched in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. This beautifully designed retreat features state-of-the-art amenities and sweeping mountain views. Step inside to a fully equipped modern kitchen with high-end appliances, a large dining table for ten, and extra seating at the countertop bar. The main level opens to a spacious living room with luxury furnishings, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a large Smart TV, and oversized windows framing the incredible mountain scenery. Two master bedrooms are located on this level, each with its own full bathroom, with an additional bathroom accessible from the living area.

The upper level includes three well-appointed bedrooms, including two additional master suites, plus a bunk room with a full-over-queen bunk bed.

Head to the lower level to enjoy the full-sized game room featuring arcade games and a pool table, along with a cozy movie area complete with a large Smart TV and comfortable seating. This floor offers direct access to the indoor heated pool for year-round fun, as well as a conveniently located half bathroom. Step outside to multiple seating areas, a brand-new hot tub, outdoor dining tables, and peaceful spaces to relax with coffee, a good book, or an evening drink. Wildlife often visits the surrounding woods, adding a touch of mountain magic to your stay.

* Bedrooms #1 & #2 (Main Level): Indulge in the luxury of a spacious bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, smart TV, and storage space. The first bedroom has an attached bathroom that is also accessible through the living room. The second master bedroom includes an attached full bathroom with a double vanity, tile shower, and separate soaker tub.
* Bedrooms #3 & #4 (Upper Level): Revel in luxury with two additional spacious bedrooms featuring king-sized beds, large windows, and a range of premium amenities. The attached bathrooms boasts tile showers.
* Bedroom #5 (Upper Level): Welcome to the Bunk Room! This spacious bedroom features a twin-over-twin and full-over-queen bunk bed. The perfect spot for a kids/teen room, the bunk bed room also comes with a large TV, storage space, and an attached full bathroom.

Guests can access the entire cabin with the exception of the owners closets.

* Quiet hours are 11pm-7am.
* Maximum occupancy is 18 guests.
* There is a strict no-smoking policy.
* Any guest violating these policies will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.

* The indoor pool temperature will be set between 82-84 degrees.

* We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.

* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
There is a strict no smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin, on the decks, and in the hot tub. Smoking is permitted in the driveway. Any guests violating this rule will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
