Designed by architect José de Yturbe, whose work includes private resorts and club spaces throughout Mexico, the home is thoughtfully laid out to feel both spacious and intimate, allowing guests to gather easily while still enjoying personal space.
Spend your days exploring some of Nicaragua’s most beautiful beaches, many known worldwide for surfing, then return home to unwind by the recently renovated pool or enjoy sunset drinks from the terrace, surrounded by nature and quiet.
The house is well equipped for a seamless stay, with 200 Mbps high-speed internet throughout, a backup industrial generator, and ample water storage, offering peace of mind whether you’re working remotely or fully unplugging.
Casa Montibela is designed to host groups comfortably without feeling crowded. Suites and bedrooms are spread across the property, creating a natural balance between shared living areas and private retreats.
