This property is located in a quiet and safe area within a diverse and vibrant community. During your stay, you may see neighbors and visitors from a variety of ages, cultures, and backgrounds.
If you feel this environment may not meet your expectations, we kindly ask that you consider making alternative accommodations prior to your arrival, as we are unable to control anything outside the property itself. Please note that refunds cannot be issued after check-in.
**A Relaxing Vibe**
We ask that guests skip the parties during their stay — we want everyone to feel comfy and relaxed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house, but you’re welcome to step outside if needed.
**Guests & Visitors**
To keep things cozy and secure, only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight or visit.
** Supplies**
We’ll set you up with toilet paper and paper towels to get you started. If you need more during your stay, just restock as needed.
**Noise & Neighborhood Courtesy**
We truly appreciate your mindfulness of our wonderful neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a $150 fee.
For disturbances during quiet hours (10 pm–7 am) or situations involving law enforcement, the fee is $500 and the reservation may be subject to cancellation.
** Keeping Things Tidy**
Please keep the space neat and tidy and clean up after yourselves so everyone can enjoy a pleasant environment.
Friendly reminder to please put food away and wipe down the area after each meal. Keeping things clean helps us stay ahead of pests, and we really appreciate everyone pitching in. Thanks so much! 😊
Grill House Rule:
We hope you enjoy using the grill! If you do, please give it a quick clean after each use—brush off any leftover food and wipe up spills so it’s fresh and ready for the next meal. Please check the grease tray every once in a while.
If the grill is left in poor condition, a $100 cleaning fee will be applied. Thanks for helping keep it in great shape for everyone! 🔥

Check-out is at 10 am. Before you head out, please leave the unit tidy:
