On the main level of the home, you’ll find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms—one of which is an en suite connected to Bedroom 1 (king). This level also features a spacious kitchen, dining, living room, sunroom, and a small back deck perfect for relaxing.
The basement level is accessible by stairs from the front entryway. Upon entry, you’re welcomed into a stylish den with French doors that open onto a lower patio ideal for sitting outside or using the gas grill. This level also includes three good-sized bedrooms (one king, one queen, and a full), two of which have windows that provide plenty of natural light. A full bathroom and the laundry area are conveniently located in the hallway.

Why they chose this property
We love the location of this home. First of all my husband grew up in this very house. It now sits in one of the best locations in Greensboro as is it close to shopping, food and entertainment that have come along over the years. It’s a safe area and virtually central to all things Greensboro!
What makes this property unique
We are one of the few properties in the city with 2.5 acres. This provides privacy that your newer homes lack. We also have a detached garage apartment in the back of the house with all things separate. Our daughter and young grandson live there and are very quiet.
