Our family enjoyed the Bay Club, just wished the kitchen had a little more amenities. Our family loves to cook and bake for our family meals!!!!

Exactly as advertised, and actually way more was included- Access to other resort pools, and discounted day passes to Hilton Waikoloa. Would 100% stay here again!

This location was beyond expectations! Was so beautiful, clean, spacious. We were honestly so shocked when we walked in to see such a gorgeous space. Everyone was so nice and helpful. This was our first time at this property and we will definitely go back!

The unit need a bit of updating. Patio and chairs need deep cleaning for bird poo.

We appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen items. You are able to cook meals that you want. The barbecue grills are spread throughout the property. The gym was also a good size facility. You do not have access to the other Hilton pools for free. There is a fee. However, there are shuttles going to and from some of the Hilton properties for free.
