The expansive property offers sunshine, privacy, and an atmosphere perfectly suited for a carefree getaway.

Inside the house, you'll enjoy spacious, modern rooms designed with meticulous attention to detail. The open-plan living area seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living rooms, creating an inviting gathering place where you can cook together, play games, or simply unwind. For music fans, we have installed a speaker system (Wi-Fi speaker) in the villa. This means you can listen to your favorite local radio stations or your own playlist via your mobile device in the house or pool area. Each of the four bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom, allowing everyone to retreat and relax whenever they wish. High-quality furnishings and a 3 zone A/C unit to make sure everyone is comfortable.

The outdoor area is a true highlight: A spacious, covered terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours in the shade, while the infinity saltwater pool with integrated whirlpool provides the perfect setting for warm afternoons and balmy evenings. Perhaps you'll start your day with a refreshing dip in the water or end it with a glass of wine in the Jacuzzi under the stars. The outdoor kitchen makes convivial barbecues a pleasure, and the fire pit creates a cozy atmosphere late into the night. Your own private boat dock is located right on the canal – ideal for exploring Cape Coral's waterways, as two kayaks are also available.

For our guests at CoralVilla, individual info folders have been created for each house, which will provide you with helpful tips such as shopping markets, outlets, restaurants, sightseeing and much more.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, cooler and beach utensils for your trips in the garage.

In consideration of other guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Thank you very much for your understanding. This is a non smoking villa, smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.

In Florida, no boating license is required, and the boat you rent from us will be moored directly at your villa, allowing you to easily reach beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphin sightings are guaranteed. The Crowline E4SX Bowrider along with other boats, can be booked with CoralVilla. You can select the Crowline E4SX Bowrider or another boat directly.

The boat lift is available for the Crowline E4SX Bowrider. Other boats can be accessed via the boat dock.
