Come stay at our beautiful 4 bedroom lakefront chalet with gorgeous views of the lake and easy accessibility into the lake for fishing, swimming, kayaking and other water activities from your own private dock. Community pool access is available during summer months.

Only 2 hours from New York City and Philadelphia, this spectacular lakefront chalet sleeps up to 12. We are 15-30 mins from Kalahari Water Park, Camelback Aquatopia Water Park, Great Wolf Lodge, Mt. Airy Casino, The Crossings Premium outlet mall and more.

It comes with 4 private bedrooms with plush queen sized beds and high thread count bedding and a loft twin bed that converts to a queen size bed.

All bedrooms except the smaller bedroom are equipped with newly installed, privately controlled air conditioning and heating. The smaller bedroom is equipped with a cooling fan. The house has a shower and separate bathtub in one of the bathrooms and washer/dryer. The bathtub does not have a working jacuzzi.

With a renovated, open kitchen with new patio doors looking onto the lake, you can enjoy incredible lakefront views while sipping your morning coffee. Or enjoy the warm fireplace while watching the sunset over the lake with a glass of fine wine on our new couches.

Our lakefront home comes complete with a huge expansive deck with a new grill, new swing and large private dock that is perfect for swimming, kayaking/boating, fishing and water fun. One 2 person kayak along with 2 single kayaks are provided but feel free to bring your own kayaks, boats and paddle boards. Dresser Lake is a non-motorized lake.

Or you can just relax or suntan on the dock or deck and let the world pass you by.

You can enjoy the fire pit while roasting marshmallows and making smores and spending quality time with your friends and family.

You can have community pool access and would need to purchase the amenity badges wristbands from the main office for each guest. The amenity badges are $5/person/day and can be used for all amenities.

The community has a clubhouse, a swimming beach, kayaks, paddle boats, a miniature golf course, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, playground and many social activities initiated through the association, hosted for all ages.

Please check with us via email when you make your reservation to confirm that our dock is available for your stay from December to March as the lake freezes.

Our house has High Speed Internet WiFi, Bluetooth soundbar system, 55 inch TV with Roku and a Bluray DVD player. Two bedrooms have TVs and Apple TV.
We don't have cable TV or regular TV channels. We provide complimentary Netflix.

Complimentary Items and Booking Terms:
★ We allow renting for up to 4 weeks.

★ Clean linens and towels are provided, as well as a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, dish washing, and laundry detergent

★ Other kitchen amenities included: pots and pans, silverware, plate ware, Coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and water.

★ We also provide propane for the BBQ propane grill on site. For the BBQ Grill: Should the propane tank be empty, there is a spare tank in the shed.

★ Guests must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by parents.
★ We welcome and encourage rentals by families with children of all ages.
★ No Prom Groups or Bachelor parties.
★ Up to five parking spaces are available with two more by the roadside.
★ Winter Snow: The front walkway and driveway will be shoveled when it snows.

House Rules:
★ No smoking inside the house. If smoking is found inside the house, $100 minimum deduction from the deposit will be taken, in addition to any damage to furniture or bedding costs.

★ Maximum occupancy is 12 guests. The home accommodates a maximum of twelve guests in total. EXTRA PERSON CHARGES apply for guests more than 6. Pricing may vary depending on availability and demand. Owner must be informed of number of guests in your party.

★ Pets: MAXIMUM of 2 dogs allowed, with ADDITIONAL CHARGES per pet. Owner must be informed of presence of dogs. Dogs must be curbed and well-behaved. Owner responsible to dispose of dog poo. If dog poo is found in house or on property, owners reserve the right to deduct $100 from refundable deposit for disposal of it. If bedding is found to be soiled with paw prints, owners reserve the right to deduct $100 from refundable deposit for extra care and time taken to clean bedding. Please treat this house with respect as we hope everyone can enjoy it.
★ Check-in is after 4PM
★ Check-out is before 11AM
★ Quiet time is between 10pm and 8am. Please be courteous to nearby neighbors and not be loud outdoors and late at night as this property is in A Pocono Country Place community.

★ Must be over 25 years old to book.

★ Please turn all lights off, turn all room and bathroom thermostats to 55 degrees, close all window/doors, turn off the split AC units upon leaving.

★ Please leave all skiing & snowboarding equipment in the outside on the left or right before front entrance door to prevent damaging the floors.

★ Please take off your shoes in the house. Slippers are provided.

★ Upon check out, please bring all trash to the trash bins at the top of the driveway and run the dishwasher prior to checking out.

★ If any furniture has been moved, they must be moved back to location where they were originally found. If furniture is found not to be moved back, owners reserve the right to deduct $120 from refundable deposit for the inconvenience and hiring of persons to move them back. Picnic table is not to be moved.

We provide a 6 foot foldable table and extra foldable chairs if needed for deck use.

★ Please note: owner is not responsible for inaccessibility of outdoor amenities due to rain, snow, winter storms or any inclement weather.

We do not issue refund or partial refunds or credit if trip is cancelled less than 14 days prior to stay or if trip is delayed or if guests decides to arrive later or leave sooner. We advise our guests to purchase trip insurance if they expect their rent to be refunded to cover any unforeseen events--we will NOT be responsible to cover the rent if guests cannot travel to the house due to events like sickness or cancellation of a planned event. There are several travel insurances available online.

Cancellation Policy:
100% - 30 days or more before check-in.
50% - 14 to 30 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days before check in.

***Upon booking, a short term rental agreement is required to be signed per my city's ordinances. We usually send the agreement out a month prior to check in.
