Perfect location and quiet. We enjoyed the ease of check in and immediate rest in this rental. Located in walking distance or quick drive from Franklin’s downtown we had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. We’ll rent again the next time in town.

Such a charming two-bedroom home in a gorgeous neighborhood. Close to town, walking distance! Blocks and blocks of beautiful historic homes, including this one.Had everything we needed and the new state of the art cookware made me so happy! Comfortable king bed and lovely screened porch off that bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Off of that room is a laundry room with a twin bed. That is where my grandson stayed, quietly in his pac&play. This is a perfect place for history buffs of the Civil War to come and enjoy historic Franklin, Tennessee.

This guest house was pure PERFECTION! It had all the necessary kitchen items & bathroom items. They were very clear in all instructions and requests, but flexible enough to accommodate the guests' wants (within reason). We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We so enjoyed staying at this property. Very spacious, beautifully decorated with lots of historic charm, big yard for pups! Within walking distance of downtown Franklin, as well as a nice park. Very nice and safe neighborhood, no problem walking day or night. So much to do and explore in the area. Mark and Damon (owners) are the nicest couple, they have a beautiful property and just fun to chat with. Forgot to thank them for the delicious banana bread.., thank you M&D. We hope to visit again:)
