Pros: clean, convenient; stocked with games, music, extra blankets/pillows; fans and humidifiers in all closets if needed; bathrooms had plenty of rags, towels, shampoos/soaps; kitchen stocked with cookware if you want to cook; perfect size for 5 people with luggage and ski bags; beds were comfortable; bus stop across the street; lifts are within walking distance (uphill to the lifts, downhill on the way home). Also close to the Walgreens, super market and town for dinner at night. Management was responsive and helpful with any issues.Cons: Could only get 2 short showers in before water went completely cold, wood burning fireplace with no firewood, no boot dryers, laundry is downstairs and you have to pay, so bring quarters; community hot tub was always full after the lifts closed. Had to go really early or really late to have room.4 overall stars mainly due to 3 of 5 people having to take cold showers. The laundry is not a deal breaker, and they stated in the VRBO app that they only had a community facility downstairs, but when we went down to wash around 8:00 pm, and realized you had to have quarters, that was not ideal.Firewood can be purchased across the street at Circle K or the super market.
Perfect location within walking distance to the park city resort and downtown if it’s nice and you are willing. A nice little park very close, and bus stop in front of the condo. Place was clean. None of the bedroom doors worked well and walls were thin- but wasn’t the end of the world, just made bedtime a little tough. Plenty of towels and dishes. Location is the biggest perk of this place!
Great location for a ski trip. The condo was clean and well equipped with anything we needed.
It is about a mile, or less, from Park City Mountain Village. There is a bus stop right out front, which we found to be extremely beneficial. Make sure to download the app to keep track of the buses in real time. About a 15 minute walk to Main Street if you chose to skip the bus.
The condo is a short walk away from the lifts, and there are many free buses going to main st where the restaurants and bars are located. It's also possible to walk there, and to the local supermarket.
The property was missing towels and a few minor items (soap, paper towels) when we arrived (most likely an oversight from the cleaning team) but Tony replied to our message right away and got that fixed.
Rental property was accurately described. Walking distance to Park City lifts, but also had the option of the free town bus to the resort and downtown PC, and Canyons Village. Grocery Store and 7-11 convenience stores are very close. Hot Tub was hardly in use so didn't have to wait long to use it privately. Kitchen had all that was needed to cook all meals, including crock pot. Unit does need a larger coffee pot as there is only a small maker, but there is also a Keurig for single cup uses. Wood burning fireplace worked well. Electric baseboard heaters were a bit tricky to control the temperature, but did the trick.
Great Location! Close to supermarket, bus stop, & slopes!
We had a blast staying at the Silvertown condo! From the woodburning fireplace to its central location, you can't beat this property in Park City, UT. As many of the other reviews mention, the bus stop is right outside of the condo, which can take you anywhere around Park City in minutes and is also FREE. We'll definitely back!

Amazing location!!! Lacking in basics.
Location is clutch, 5 minute walk to the mountain base! Bus stop directly outside to go anywhere. Hot tub was hot, directly across from condo, and no one else was in it when we used it.
Terrible beds and couch. Really need new pillows at the very least. Only half the outlets work and depend on the lights being on. Laundry is communal and you need quarters. No trash bags, had to buy more toilet paper. One towel per person. Don’t plan on cooking, pans are super old.
Location is the big winner here!

Great location but in need of repair
The owners quickly responded to our questions upon arrival. The location is ideal- you can walk to PC mtn and downtown is a 15 minute walk or a bus stop right in front will take you there in just a few minutes. I realize the low rental price reflects the age of the property and the need for nicities such as wine glasses, firewood, and dishwasher soap, aren't required, but the owners and management company should at the very least replace light bulbs, fix broken faucet handle, broken window shade, replace the sofa (it collapses when more than 1 person sits on it) and replace the numerous outlets that don't work. Non working outlets in the bathrooms were especially inconvenient. (I noticed it was mentioned in an earlier review, yet they still have not done anything about them.) We ended up buying an electric drip small coffee maker because there was only a keurig. (left it behind so if you're planning to rent this place you'll have that at least!)

Great Location! Worked great for our group
For the price, it is a great spot. The pull out couch is in rough shape and the beds are not the most comfortable, but the host was responsive and the hot tub was a great way to finish off the day. Thanks Tony

Great location and nice apartment
Great location if you are doing P+I screenings at Sundance. The apartment was great, except the electrical outlets were half not working and the other half didn't work if you turned off the lights in the room.
Would stay here again next year and recommend to anyone

Not worth the money
This apartment was not worth the money. It was old and dingy. If I had paid less, then I could understand that I was getting what I paid for it, but it was quite expensive, in my opinion, for what we got. There was no wood provided for the fireplace, no extra towels or toilet paper and the kitchen was outfitted with terrible quality pots and pans. I had to buy a pan from the grocery store just so I could make a few dinners there. There was only one bad quality spatula, which made cooking difficult. One nice thing I can say about this place was that it’s location was good, with the bus stop right there.

Location Can't Be Beat
Just arrived home after 3 days in Park City. If you are looking for convenience, this is a great spot. It is on the free bus route that provides access to Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons Base and Main Street (and Kimball Junction - lots of shopping). You can also walk to the base of Park City if you don't mind a bit of an uphill walk in your ski boots. The unit has all of the essentials. There was a little challenge with managing the temperature in the individual bedrooms and a need for a few more towels (especially if you want to visit the hot tub) but all in all, I would recommend the spot.

Could do with some TLC
Location was great. Unfortunately for a place that can sleep 7-8, the kitchen pots and pans did not accommodate this number. There was a lack of basic kitchen cleaning products eg. sponge or something to wipe the bench tops. 4 rolls of toilet paper did not last the 7 days stay. We would have liked to use the open fire place but there was no wood. 5 people could sit on the lounge. Lounge and dining would be cramped with more than 5. Beds comfy and bedroom sizes were fine.

Great property! Even better location!
The property was great! We had a 4 minute walk to the chairlift. The city transit system has a bus stop in front of the complex making it easy to get to Main Street. Tony was great. Easy to work with and gave us some good recommendations.

Roomy, updated and well located condo
Our group of 6 adults really enjoyed this updated and easy to use condo.
Location is key when skiing and one can either walk 5 minutes to the pay day lift or hop the bus right out front to the town lift (no walking).
Unit was user friendly and had all the gear you might need. Note: the coffee maker is a kurig, so don't by grounds on your way in, buy k-cups.
I would book again.

About the host
Hosted by Tony Gaglione
This property is owned by the Gaglione family, Tony, Robin, Ruby and Laney.
Why they chose this property
Our family lives in San Diego but we have been vacationing in Park City for 10 years. When we were finally able to buy a vacation home it was an easy decision that Park City was the place for us. Our family loves to ski, snowboard, golf, fly fish and hike (not to mention dine and shop!). We quickly realized that we would not be able to use our beautiful condo as much as we would like so we decided to start renting our property for other families and groups to enjoy. This is very much a home away from home for us and we want our guests to feel the same way.
What makes this property unique
We chose this property because of the safe and prestigious neighborhood with its close proximity to Down Town and Park City Mountain Resort. The hot tub, fire place and beautiful mountain view balconies make this property stand out from the rest.
